This course looks at contemporary First Nations writers and their work. Writers may include Thomas King, Gerald Vizenor, Leslie Silko, Louise Erdrich and others. This course may be repeated to a maximum of 6 credit hours with permission of the instructor and Department Chair if the material is substantially different.
