DISM 712 - Disability Management Interventions | ||
This primary goal of disability management is to help workers with limitations and restrictions return to work at the optimum point in their rehabilitation and recovery. This course will cover the skills, knowledge and attitudes required for effective disability interventions. Additional topics covered include working with the supervisor, the individual and the shop steward to develop, implement and monitor a successful transitional work plan.
