EDUC 401 - Career Education | ||
This course provides teacher candidates with an understanding of career education, career-life education, capstones and career-life connection. Topics include portfolio development and assessment using learner-centered features, financial and career literacy, interpersonal and intrapersonal skills, and acceptance of diversity (cultural, gender, intellectual and physical). Teacher candidates integrate theory and practice throughout the course to develop pedagogy and assessment practices. Graded on a PASS/FAIL basis.
