EDUC 400 - Curricular Enactment in Elementary Years with a Focus on Fine Arts, Literacy and Numeracy | ||
This course introduces teacher candidates to alternate ways for students in the classroom to demonstrate learning through personal aptitudes, values, and beliefs. Teacher candidates explore a variety of skill sets involving curricular integration and enactment through fine arts, music, health, physical education, drama, dance, performance, and imagery. Teacher candidates develop representations of knowledge and skill sets through emergent and early language literacy, numeracy, wellness, sustainable health, and physical and health education. Graded on a PASS/FAIL basis.
