ENVS 339 - Low-Carbon Transitions: Theory and Practice
This course offers students the opportunity to learn about the fundamentals of carbon and energy management, and the concept of ‘transition’ related to low-carbon energy systems and sustainability. It provides an overview of sustainability practices such as carbon accounting, policy design and implementation, community governance, financing, and environmental leadership. This course provides a combination of theoretical and experiential learning opportunities to provide students with a chance to develop a professional skillset.
