This course focuses on the redesign, implementation and monitoring phases of the business process management (BPM) life cycle. Topics will include: simulation modeling, process automation, development and monitoring of key process and performance indicators, relationship between enterprise architecture and process architecture, introduction to project management and basics of implementation science.
