ENGR 451 - Groundwater Hydrology |
This course introduces fundamental principles of groundwater flow and their applications to solve problems related to groundwater resources evaluation, development, and management. Topics include: the role of groundwater in geological process; the occurrence and movement of groundwater; steady-state and transient well hydraulics; aquifer testing techniques, unsaturated flow theory, and groundwater modelling techniques. Supporting computer software may be used.
