NURS 462 - Chronic Disease Management and Wound Care
This course focuses on management and care of people with chronic disease and/or multimorbidity in rural community settings. Learners use evidence-based principles to care for people with chronic disease through relational, team-based, and shared decision-making approaches. Strategies that support patient and family-centred care and effective self-management are emphasized.
