Students explore and gain practice in the development, delivery, and evaluation of recreation and leisure programming and services. The course focuses on crafting and facilitating outdoor experiences that operate in socially and environmentally responsible ways. Within this context, the course introduces theory and practice related to inclusion, meaning, access, constraints, and benefits across abilities, life stages, and segments of the population.
